Yoga, Meditation and more

At Bee Well Yoga, we believe in creating a space for everyone to explore movement, mindfulness, and community. In addition to our regular yoga, meditation, barre and workout class schedule, we offer a variety of workshops and special classes to support your practice in deeper, more intentional ways.

Community Classes – Give Back with Yoga

Once a month, we host a donation-based community class where all proceeds go to a local nonprofit organization making a difference in Northwest Arkansas. Join us in practicing yoga, resting in restorative yoga and listening to a sound bath - while supporting causes that uplift our community. Each month, we highlight a different nonprofit, so your practice directly contributes to meaningful change. This class takes place on the 3rd Friday of every month at 530 pm.

Prenatal Yoga - 6 week series

Offered quarterly, and taught by Allisson Butler-Kublanov, a DONA trained doula, this 6-week series covers a new topic each week from breathing techniques for labor and delivery to poses that alleviate the pains of pregnancy. Each class includes a gentle yoga flow, breathing techniques, meditation, and a restorative practice that will impact how you approach your pregnancy, birth experience, and postpartum care. Through group discussions you will have the opportunity to bond with other women and share the beautiful experience of growing a new life on your journey to motherhood.

Cost: $149

cost includes - 6, 60 minute classes, follow-up material/emails each week, interactive Facebook group discussion and the book Birthing from Within.

Props recommended for this class include: bolster, blanket, two blocks and a strap - a 20% discount applies for all registered participants to purchase these props from the Bee Well Yoga boutique​

Yoga for Survivors of Sexual Assault

This trauma-informed class provides a safe and supportive space for survivors of sexual assault. Led by compassionate instructors trained in trauma-sensitive yoga, this class focuses on gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels empowering and healing. This class takes place on the last Friday of every month at 630 pm.​

Men’s Yoga for Beginners (Offered Quarterly)

If you’ve been curious about yoga but don’t know where to start, this class is for you! Designed specifically for men, this beginner-friendly yoga series focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and stress relief in a comfortable, accessible way—no prior experience required.

Mini Yoga & Wellness Retreats (Offered Quarterly)

Take a break from your daily routine and immerse yourself in a rejuvenating retreat experience without leaving town! Our mini-retreats combine yoga, meditation, breathwork, and wellness workshops to help you reset and recharge. Perfect for those seeking a deep dive into self-care and renewal.

Beginner Yoga Series (Offered Quarterly)

New to yoga? Our beginner yoga series is designed to introduce you to the foundations of yoga in a supportive, welcoming environment. Over the course of four weeks, you’ll learn essential postures, breathwork, and meditation techniques to build confidence and comfort in your practice. You'll be ready to jump right into our regular classes.

Sound Immersions with Singing Bowls, Gongs and more (Offered Quarterly)

Step into a world of deep relaxation and energetic alignment through our sound immersion sessions. Using singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments, these sessions create a meditative soundscape that soothes the nervous system, calms the mind, and promotes healing on a cellular level.
