What if you spent a week exploring your truth—on and off the mat? This 7-day journey integrates Satya into your yoga and meditation practice to help you live more authentically.
The 7-Day Satya Challenge
Day 1: Awareness – Notice where you’re not fully honest with yourself.
Day 2: Body Truth – Move intuitively; let your body lead.
Day 3: Breath Truth – Observe how your breath reflects your inner truth.
Day 4: Emotional Truth – Meditate on what emotions need acknowledgment.
Day 5: Speaking Truth – Express yourself openly and kindly.
Day 6: Letting Go of False Narratives – Release limiting beliefs in a journaling practice.
Day 7: Integration – Set an intention to live with Satya beyond the mat.
Truth is a practice. The more we align with Satya, the more we live in harmony—with ourselves and the world around us.

Describe your highest self. What does this version of you look like, think, and do?
What would living boldly and unapologetically in your truth look like in your daily life?
And our meditation is…a meditation to breathe into truth
Find a quiet place to sit comfortably. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose… then exhale slowly through your mouth. Feel your body settling, your breath becoming steady and natural.
Turn your awareness to your breath. Notice how it flows in and out, effortless and true. Your breath does not pretend, it does not force—it simply is. Let it be a guide to your own truth, your own Satya.
Inhale deeply, filling your lungs. As you do, silently say to yourself:
“I breathe in truth.”
Exhale slowly, releasing any tension. As you do, silently say:
“I release illusion and fear.”
With each breath, invite honesty. Breathe in clarity, exhale self-doubt. Breathe in authenticity, exhale the pressure to be someone you are not.
Now, ask yourself gently:
“What truth within me needs to be acknowledged?”
“Where in my life can I live with more honesty and integrity?”
There is no need to search for an answer—simply listen. Your truth will arise when you create space for it.
Continue breathing, deeply and fully. Imagine each inhale illuminating your heart with the light of Satya. With each exhale, let go of any masks, any expectations that are not truly yours.
Affirm to yourself:
“I trust my truth.”
“I honor my authenticity with love and courage.”
“I breathe in honesty, and I live in alignment with who I truly am.”
Sit with this feeling for a few more breaths. Feel the freedom in embracing your truth, the peace that comes from being fully yourself.
When you’re ready, gently bring your awareness back to your body. Wiggle your fingers and toes, take one last deep breath in, and slowly open your eyes.
Move forward today with the intention to live truthfully—with your words, your actions, and most importantly, with yourself.
