Our mantra for the week is…
I release judgment and embrace the wholeness of my being with gentle care
Our journaling prompts are…
What judgments about yourself or others are you ready to release?
Write a letter to yourself, offering the same compassion and care you would give a dear friend.
And our meditation is…a meditation to embrace all of who you are
Find a comfortable position, sitting or lying down, and gently close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs completely… and exhale slowly, letting go of any tension.
With each breath, allow your body to relax deeper into the space you are in, feeling supported by the earth beneath you.
Now, bring your awareness to your heart, the center of your being. Imagine a soft, golden light shining brightly within you, representing all that you are—your strengths, your flaws, your dreams, and your challenges.
In this moment, remind yourself:
I embrace all of who I am.
Allow this light to expand with each inhale, gently enveloping every part of you—the parts you are proud of, and the parts you may find difficult to accept. Recognize that all of these pieces are part of your unique, beautiful journey.
With each breath, say to yourself:
I honor my wholeness. I embrace my imperfections.
Let go of any judgment or resistance, allowing yourself to simply be. Understand that to be fully you is to accept both the light and the shadows, knowing that they coexist in perfect harmony.
Take a few moments to breathe in this acceptance, breathing out any feelings of inadequacy or self-doubt.
When you are ready, gently open your eyes, carrying with you the powerful affirmation:
I am whole. I am enough. I embrace all of who I am.
